We know that taking this first step to reach out can be hard. However, once you understand more about our unique treatment process you will realize that there is nothing to fear and everything to gain.
An assessment meeting will determine what is actually going on. By understanding the stages of your addiction or disorder, and gaining a deeper understanding of the core drivers which are currently fuelling the process we can figure out how best to treat it. From here a successful treatment program can start to be developed around you as an individual.

In order to secure your treatment, our admissions team will need to take a deposit payment. There are a number of methods that you can choose from to make this payment, including payment by Debit or Credit Card*, electronic Bank Transfer or Cash. We regret that the company doesn’t accept cheques for deposit payments.

Not all patients require residential treatment. Depending on the outcomes of the assessment, we would make recommendations to enter either the residential care facility, outpatient treatment program, specialized counseling, or local recovery or group meetings.
Residential treatment admissions are always subject to the number of beds/room availability and the greater wellbeing of our community.

Our experienced Admissions Team understands this – they have even been through recovery themselves and will lend you a helping hand to advise and organize every step of your care; ensuring you are fully supported, encouraged, and provided with all the answers to all your queries. These questions can mean a big difference to your admission and we want to ensure you are fully prepared for the start of your new journey to recovery.
Our process is simple and consists of a couple of steps/processes and you should be well on your way to transforming your future.

The Initial Enquiry:
When we admit a resident, our main concern is that they can benefit from the treatment methods we offer. We also require that the residents are both medically and psychiatrically stable and admit themselves voluntarily.

An admissions coordinator will guide you through any questions, concerns, or essential information about our services. They can also provide you with FREE and confidential early advice and information about your or someone else’s addiction and the range of treatment options available.
It is vital that we can understand more about you and your addiction problem so that we can ensure we can safely meet your needs and work out the best course of treatment for you; matching you to our treatment center that is going to best meet your requirements.
Your Admissions Coordinator will need to complete your FREE pre-admission screening and ask you some basic questions about your physical and mental health, circumstances, drug or alcohol use, and your current requirements.
This process is strictly confidential and your information will only be used to help us find the right treatment program for you and arrange your admission. This usually takes less than 20 minutes and should be done immediately over the telephone. You may prefer to choose a different way of doing this and we can provide an opportunity for you in one of our facilities face to face.
At the end of the pre-admission screening, we will let you know the options available to you and, if you agree, will be able to confirm a suitable admission date for you at your chosen treatment center. Admission to any of our centers is quick and easy!

* If paying by credit or debit card, you will be required to confirm you are the authorized cardholder or that the cardholder is present and able to authorize this transaction on your behalf.
Please note: Deposit Payments are not fully refundable. You may choose to change your mind in advance of your admission date. The company reserves the right to exercise its refund policy in these circumstances.
Your Admission Day:
Your Admission and the start of your journey towards recovery and freedom from addiction can now begin. On admission, you will be welcomed by a member of our experienced recovery team, who will take time with you and help you to understand what is on offer within our center.
During this induction, we will ask you to complete your treatment contract and some other documents that will enable us to look after you safely and prepare you for your treatment assessment by our Consultant Psychiatrist or Specialist Doctor.
Your Recovery Worker will help you to find your way around, support you to settle in your room and unpack and ensure you have everything you need for your stay with us.
Your Full Clinical & Recovery Plan Assessment:
Once you have settled in at our clinic, you will meet our fully-qualified doctor who will discuss your health conditions and any problems you may have had in the past, this will help them understand more about your addiction and agree to a prescribing plan that best suits your detoxification needs.
After this plan has been completed, a member of the team will organize all your medication and ensure you start your prescribed doses at the right time. You will be closely monitored during the early stages of this treatment to monitor how you respond to the medication and ensure that it is working well for you
Then once this is fully organized, it is vital to start planning your recovery journey in more detail. During the first 48 hours, you and your allocated Recovery Worker will spend some quality one-to-one time discussing different aspects of your life and begin to formulate an action recovery plan for us all to start working on with you.
This is your plan and it is important that you and your recovery worker review this plan each week during your stay to make sure it is right for you and help you to celebrate the small steps you are making along the way. A copy of your plans are available for you to keep and use each day and will help us work towards your final discharge plan before you leave us.
